Why do we collect your personal data?

- To manage pre-registration and registration at Paris-Brest-Paris randonneur

- To personalize your documents (frame plate, logbook)
- To monitor your progress during the event
- To send the results (brochure, logbook, PBP time label) to your postal address
- To process complaints

What personal data do we process?

- Data relating to your identification: surname, first name, sex, date of birth, nationality
- The data relating to your club: federation, club, license number
- The approval numbers of the optional pre-qualifying BRM and the 4 qualifying BRMs
- Payment data: PayPal transaction number(s)
- Contact data: telephone number, e-mail and postal addresses
- In the case of an assistance vehicle: registration number, surname and first name of the driver

Services Integrations

If you choose to integrate your ACP account with apps or services provided by other parties, such as Google, certain Customer Data may be collected from your device by Google. This data may be collected automatically through the use of application programming interfaces such as the Google API Services or Gmail's API (OAuth), and include emails adresses.

Who are the recipients of your personal data?

- The IT service provider Kcorp ASBL - rue du Limbourg, 71 - 4300 Lantremange - Belgium
- The PayPal company for payments (file number); except for the PayPal transaction number(s), we do not collect any data relating to your payment method
- L'Audax Club Parisien - 40 rue Blanche - 75009 Paris - France
- The persons in charge of the stage sites (frame plate number, surname, first name, gender)
- The printer of personalized frame plates (frame plate number, surname, first name, nationality)
- The official Maindru photographer (frame plate number, surname, first name, time completed, email address)
- In the event of an accident and/or repatriation: the insurer AXA (registration form)

How long do we keep your personal data?

- At most for 3 years after the end of the Paris-Brest-Paris randonneur

What do we do to protect your personal data?

- We do everything in our power to ensure the protection of your personal data. In the event of any breach of these conditions, we will inform you.

What are your rights?
